Charging VAT in relation to immigration matters can be complex as it may depend on where the client lives and what immigration permission they have. We will confirm whether VAT (at a rate of 20%) is payable once you instruct us and then we can work out if VAT is properly chargeable.
– Disbursements are charges payable in addition to our fees, normally to a third party. They can include fees payable to barristers, search providers, and travel costs. The exact amount charged for disbursements will be advised during the initial consultation.
